The Zabuton meditation mat comes from Japan, it is used by yoga and all kinds of meditation enthusiasts.

The mat has eight chambers filled with buckwheat husk. It is a natural filling that makes the mat firm and helps maintain balance and the correct position. It relieves the knees and ankles, which are particularly prone to chafing while sitting.

The mat has strings sewn in, thanks to which you can tie the rolled-up mat and take it to exercise outside the home, to the park or forest.

The Zabuton mat is made of 100% Oeko-Tex certified cotton, so it is a completely ecological product.
