Important Information
VAT, Customs & Import Charges
VAT
VAT treatment depends on the destination, applicable tax rules and the circumstances of the sale. Where VAT is collected at checkout, it will be reflected in the order total.
Import VAT, customs duties or handling fees may also apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangements. Please review your order details and any applicable import requirements before purchasing.
Customs Payments
International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Where these charges are not included in the amount paid at checkout, they may be collected separately from the recipient by the carrier or relevant customs authority.
If you are sending an order as a gift, please make sure the recipient is aware that additional charges may apply.
As customs charges vary by destination and shipment, we recommend checking local import requirements before placing an international order.
If you have a question about shipping options, delivery times or your order, please contact the Sensory Owl team through our Contact Us page.
